Firstly let me say that there is no one I know of producing replica 777 yokes for the simulator market.  This is a shame as it’s a sleek design and would look very good installed in my sim however there is a more than adequate alternative and that’s the 757/767 yoke.  This is what’s used in all the 777 sims I am aware of and certainly the case in our Flightcity 777 sim from Flight Deck Solutions.

Once again these units came from Aerosim Solutions who also sold me a set of 767 yoke handles he had on hand (very convenient!).  There are full metal units available from other manufacturers however at a much higher price than these fiberglass ones and once painted and mounted you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference.

As you can see the axle mechanism attaches to the yoke handle and is secured into a pvc elbow.  This elbow sits onto an 800mm long pvc tube which acts as the yoke column. Two columns are connected to a base structure and a cable  links the two handles together for synchronous movement.
